We thoroughly pre-extract any loose soil with a heavy duty industrial extractor, including the back and all the pillows. We pre-treat the arms and headrest where the body oils come into contact with the fabric. We apply our special solution which disinfects as we clean and loosens any of the deeply embedded soil at the base of the fibers. This actually lifts it up so we can remove it completely with our industrial wet/dry extractor. We re-inspect your upholstery, insuring your complete satisfaction. Finally we apply a special protective coating which shields your fabrics and gives them a resiliency against any future soils or spills.
